Certified Security Systems provides customer relocation programs for those of you, who have been with us for more than two years. We will, at no extra charge, relocate your basic home security alarm system to any new address in Florida or South Georgia.
For our new customers we charge a small relocation fee of $295 only.As an alternative, customers can to sign a new three-year agreement to qualify for our customer relocation program at no extra charge.
Certified Security Systems Customer Reassignment Program
The easiest, and financially, most beneficial choice you can make with regard to your security safety alarm system is to sell it as an amenity with your home during reassignment.
Real estate experts confirm that a monitored security alarm system can increase value of your home. A full perimeter security alarm system, with fire protection, can add double the value of a monitored security alarm system.
More important, the purchaser of your home typically appreciates the value your security system provides and the associated security surveillance monitoring service.
Since most customers will have a remaining monitoring term to fulfill, we recommend that you include an "Assignment Clause" for your security monitoring system in your Buy-Sell Agreement. It is not uncommon to do so. Your relationship with Certified Security Systems can only get stronger from this point forward.
The monthly rate you will be assigning is very competitive. The purchaser perceives the rate to be as good, if not better, than if they shopped for the monitoring service on their own. As an additional incentive, Certified Security Systems does not charge the purchaser a Transfer or Activation fee for the conversion. In short, there are zero out-of-pocket costs for the purchaser to be monitored.
Alternatives to Customer Reassignment
Our Customer Care Department will be happy to assist you with the customer reassignment exercise program. Please call our Customer Care Department as soon as you plan to option for our customer reassignment program. We will guide you throughout the reassignment program.
Again, this is the smartest path to take for all three parties involved. If you've sold your security alarm system with the house and the purchaser is adamant that they do not want to take advantage of our security monitoring reassignment, please contact our Customer Care Department to discuss other alternatives.
